The hotel needs good maintenance. AC used to stop working after an hour. Shower had leakages. Bathrooms were not good. When we were there for a night stay. Hotel restaurant was closed. Not worth it. Staffs were helpful during our late check-in.

Rooms where neat and clean, located walkable distance to the palace. The only issue is parking and wifi reception in the room. Nice old heritage style rooms.

Worst experience, they don’t even provide the basic amenity’s , not even a door mat. Rooms are in poor condition everything is broken and not clean at all. No one should visit this place unless you don't have any choice like we opted. The attitude of the reception guy is very bad and he doesn't know how to treat customers.

don’t stay here, just believe the more recent reviews. In addition to the terrible rooms, they discriminate against drivers (won’t let them use the bathroom as they’re ‘dirty’), the manager is clearly a real piece of work. Do yourself a favour and just don’t do it.

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO TAKE UP THIS SOCALLED HOTEL EITHER FOR A SHORT STAY OR A LONGER ONE. BATHROOMS ARE PATHETIC. NO PARKING AND ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. MY FAMILY MEMBER WHO WAS STAYING IN ANOTHER ROOM WAS RUDELY AWAKEND BY AN INTRUDER IN THE DEAD OF THE NIGHT. WHEN WE WANTED TO SEE THE CC TV FOOTAGE NEXT DAY, THEY FLATLY REFUSED TO SHARE ANY. NO SEMBLANCE OF SECURITY WHATSOVER. WE HAD BOOKED FOR A DAY BUT VACATED WITHIN ONE DAY. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

Very bad service. Our bathtub/shower was broken so there was a constant layer of dirty water. They were fixing the room next to us until midnight (when I asked them to stop) and again from 7 am. Also the internet and water were shut off several times without a warning. They didn't try to compensate us in any way.

Way to expensive for what you get. The first impression is great, but when you look closer, everything falls apart.

A nice surprise to find in Tanjavur center. Just in front of the Palace, beautifully designed and ample rooms...and best of all for a very good price (during our trip to South Indian cities and towns we stayed in much more expensive and not so good hotels). Team service was very attentive and helpful. Will come back soon!
